![]() I had this problem in OBS Classic aswell, but changed to Studio a long time ago hoping it would fix. I tried a new GPU (even though im streaming via my CPU, 15-6600k Skylake), didnt help so I returned it. Remember, reducing in-game details or buying a high-end GPU will not fix game lags in OBS, unless you don’t limit your fps. Select ‘ Limit capture framerate ’ checkbox. Other than that, I tried resetting my router, getting a new IP, my ISP told me that there has been no disturbances on my line for more than 3-4-5 months. Right-click on your game capture, and hit Properties. I updated windows to all the latest updates. Those were the times I chose Italy/London, but when I tried these servers again, my stream were laggy for the viewers. Some times (I cant tell what I did), I have been having LONG streams with no crashes at all. I am outta ideas and desperately need help. My graphics card keeps crashing and with NVENC as encoder it stops my stream, so I have to restart my stream every time. Restart your PC, then check if the freeze and lag in the OBS stream persist. OBS uses about 40-60 of my GPU, even after making some changes from 2k to FHD canvas, having 1 display source per scene, going from NVENC to h.264.
